Chris Wilder, Director of Food and Nutrition
The Bradford County School District has announced through the Department of Food and Nutrition the meal service schedule for the unforeseen school closure.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided Monday March 30 through Wednesday April 15, 2020 (M-F). Meals will be offered curbside/drive thru each day between the hours of 9:30am-11:30am at Bradford High School, Brooker Elementary, Hampton Elementary, Lawtey Elementary and Southside Elementary Schools. Additionally, Concerned Citizens of Bradford County located at 1080 Pine Street will also receive meals from 9:00am-11:00am. Parents/students should report to the bus loop to receive their field trip type meal. This will be a bag meal not a hot meal. For the health and well-being of all, please do not get out of the vehicle to receive the meals. They will be handed to you as you pull through the bus loop.
Every effort will be made to adhere to food allergy requirements and conditions.
National School Lunch Program regulations require the child to be present to receive a meal. It is important to note that children do not have to be of school age or attend that particular school to receive a meal. All children 18 years of age and younger may receive a meal and any special needs student 21years of age and younger may receive a meal.
Please contact the Bradford County School District Department of Food and Nutrition at 904-966-6026 with any further questions.
