Construction Management Services

The School Board of Bradford County, Florida seeks to hire a Construction Manager for the construction of a new PK-7 Combination School. Selection of a Construction Manager shall be based on qualifications, experience, and record of performance on School of Comparable size and cost. The form agreement shall be provided by the School Board. Fees for Construction Management services shall be negotiated between the selected Construction Manager and the Bradford County School District. Deadline for submitting proposals is 2:00 P.M.
